Skin care with tea

Tea has a rich history. Black tea, red tea, green tea and white tea can bring a lot of differences in your skin in a good way.

Black tea is very high in caffeine and tannins, which are antioxidants that can protect the skin from environmental damage, fight bacteria, hydrate, and nourish.black tea is great for oily skin.

Red tea contains UV and pollutant-fighting powers. It also contains an antioxidant referred to as superoxide dismutase, which can help to increase cell turnover. It is beneficial for dry skin.

Green tea compounds contain significant antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and anti-carcinogenic properties. It is generally used by sensitive skin people.

White tea comes from same plant as green tea but is often less processed,so it contains more antioxidants. It suits all skin types.

1. Cleanser - Mix half table spoon of green tea liquor with 1 table spoon of honey and half table spoon of lemon juice. Apply it on your face and massage for a minute then wait for one more minute and rinse it off. This mixture can help you to brighten up your skin.

2. Toner - Tea liquor is really good for skin as toner. Take tea lequier according to your skin type and simply apply with cotton pad let it absorb in to your skin. It makes your skin plumper.

3. Scrub - Take one table spoon of crushed sugar, one table spoon of green tea and half table spoon of olive oil mix it together and apply in circular motion.It will help you to remove black heads and white heads.

4. Face pack - Take 2 table spoon of gram flour, a pinch of tumeric powder and red tea lequier for dry skin/ green tea lequier for sensitive skin/ black tea liquor for oily skin make a medium consistency paste , apply and leave it for 15 minutes then wash it off with normal water. This pack will help you to get rid of sun tan and dull skin.

5. Serum - take white tea liquor and equal quantity of glycerine , store it in a bottle. Before going to bed apply it and leave it over night. This serum is act as an anti aging formula.
